Team Member 360 Profile (TM360)
The Team Member 360 Profile is the 360° multi-rater feedback profile based on the Leadership Behaviours Model.
The model is adapted to align with the capability needs of a supportive and responsive team member and aspiring leader.
Leadership Behaviours Model - For Team Members & Aspiring Leaders
The Team Member 360 Profile measures a team member's leadership attributes when they have no direct reports but may aspire to be a leader into the future.
The profile helps an individual to learn about the finer points of leadership and provides them with a development plan they can implement to enhance their leadership skills.
This is done through a self-assessment questionnaire, where individuals rate themselves on 48
behavioural statements relating to supporting and growing leadership and working as a team member.
Up to 12 individuals who regularly engage with this individual are asked to complete a questionnaire as well.
This data is then presented and is also compared to our norm database.
Discussion points, areas for development and strengths, are emphasised to provide an individual with development priorities along with advice.
An accompanying Development Guide assists with the identification of strengths and weaknesses through a step by step process.
This allows all the ingredients for a personal development "action plan" to be created at the end of this process.
The Team Member 360 Profile is invaluable for:
- Leadership & Team development workshops
- One-on-one coaching
- Evaluating Leadership Capabilities
- Improving relationships between and within teams
- Upskilling new / developing Leaders
A Research Manual for this profile is available and is periodically updated taking into account the new norm data.
The Pulse report for the TM360 6-8 month accountability check
The Pulse report for the TM360 represents a snapshot of progress along an individuals development journey six to eight months beyond the original TM360 profile completion.
Personal Development Objectives set at the end of the TM360 feedback session are measured as power behaviours by the self and supervisor through a 16 item questionnaire.
