Paul Robinson
Senior Facilitator

Paul has degrees in Social Psychology, Management Science and his Phd topic examined the role and challenges of the corporate Chief Executive Officer. He was a lecturer at Auckland University for nine years where he taught Leadership, Strategy and Teamwork on the MBA programme and in various other forums.

Having assisted senior managers for many years with their leadership, strategic planning, change management and team development, Paul now specialises in developing multi-rater feedback tools for large public and private sector organisations both in NZ and overseas. Notably, four leadership 360° tools for the Australian Public Service have met with considerable success in recent years.

Peter Robinson
Senior Facilitator

Peter is Chief Executive of TMS (NZ) being responsible for both TMS Profiles (accredited consultants) and TMS Courses (direct to client) Operations. As head of TMS Profiles he has responsibility for train the trainer accreditation in the Team Management Products. He also acts as support for existing accredited consultants in their use of TMS Products with their own organisations or clients.

As Director of TMS Courses he has responsibility locally and internationally for the delivery of strategic planning as well as team and individual development programmes. He also facilitates workshops on leadership training, and 360° feedback processes (Team Leadership Services TLS a Division of TMS).

Before joining TMS, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within a public sector organisation in the UK. In particular this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the co-ordination of human resource strategies.

He has completed a Masters Degree in Management Change, is Master accredited in the Team Management Products and is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited.

John Richmond
Facilitator

John has spent a significant portion of his career in the construction and architectural sector, specifically in general management areas associated with top end residential projects and bespoke Superyacht interior fit-outs. Through this work John became interested in the creation of high performing teams, positive organisational cultures, developing capabilities in team members and investing in "whatever it took" to secure positive "win/win" outcomes for all parties when required.

He joined Team Management Services in 2011 and works across NZ with organisations in the private, public and not for profit sectors. His association with a portfolio of multinational organisations also requires him to be deliver content in Asia, Europe, the United States and Australia on an regular basis.

John is a considered individual with an informal facilitation style and shares his expertise in the following:

Christine Lineham
Course Co-ordinator

Christine's career has been in the Travel Industry in various roles including Retail Ownership and Operations Management.

Christine’s area of expertise is in the administration and project management associated with the delivery of our New Zealand and International Leadership Programmes – inclusive of the following:

• Venue interface
• Facilitators schedules and travel arrangements
• Pre-work and questionnaire distribution
• Handout preparation
• The development and circulation of the workshop outputs
• Invoicing
• Front line enquiries

Christine also assists with the organisation of Team Development and Strategic Planning programmes.

In addition Christine’s responsibilities involve supporting other parts of the TMS team with respect to the creation and dispatch of profiles and general office duties.

Julie Johnson
TMP Profile Co-ordinator

Julie has a background in Oilfield Engineering, Veterinary Medicine and Accounts. She brings diverse experience, a strong customer service commitment, attention to detail and a rapid response to changing needs.

Julie's main area of responsibility is the preparation of McCann Profile products and she also assists other members of the TMS team wherever needed.

Julie has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Eng Sci) and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science.

Maureen Stanger
360° Profile &
Accreditation Co-ordinator

Maureen joined TMS in a part-time role after taking 'time out' from the working world to enjoy grandchildren. Previously, Maureen's career was in Customised Market Research where her role was an Operations Manager.

Maureen's area of expertise is in processing International 360° Products.

As well as the above, Maureen assists with International orders and Post Course work for New Zealand programmes.

Helen James
360° Profile Administrator

Helen James has a background in Agricultural Science, Organic Certification and Auditing.

On return from starting a family she has had a change of career and started a role, of 360 Profile Administration and Product Development Testing for TMS.

Paul Morgan
Business & Technology Manager

Paul has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked in a variety of fields from electrical safety testing through software development and most recently, before joining TMS, in marketing systems.

Paul’s area of expertise involves client service, IT infrastructure management and software development.

Paul’s role is primarily two-fold: He is responsible for the day-to-day administration and client support for the TMS accredited consultants; and he heads up web based technology application development which is utilised in the completion, production and delivery of our Products.

Gary Turner
Applications Programmer

Gary has a Bachelors degree in Computing Systems. Before joining TMS, Gary has held programming positions internationally with his most recent position focusing in the Digital Marketing space.

His areas of expertise include computer programming and networking.

Gary develops software applications, and provides network troubleshooting and administrative support across all areas of the business.
